Are You Awake?

What is happening to our country? How has it become okay for a seven year old to be drugged so heavily that he would hang himself in the shower?

http://www.miamiherald.com/news/columnists/fred-grimm/story/1021038.html>

What would drive a mother to give her two year old a bottle with Prozac in it because her doctor told her it would help with his crying?! Of course he'll stop crying. He'll also stop living!

It's time to wake up people.

We need to tell doctors, legislators and everyone we know that this is NOT okay. These are not isolated events. There are currently 12 million children in this country on Ritalin and other ADHD drugs. These drugs are powerful methanphetamines in the same class of drug as cocaine.

100 million people worldwide are on psychotropic drugs. They are known to cause suicidal thoughts and of particular note, a high percentage of school shooters have been on these mind altering drugs.

I hope you are awake and listening. Now do something about it. Educate yourself and inform others.

We will be having a screening in July of the film "Making A Killing: The Untold Story Of Psychotropic Drugging." You can view the entire film on YouTube but can view the beginning below.

Perfect Health

Transformation occurs only when we can hold the thought and vision of what we truly desire. So many people want to lose weight, stop drinking, quit smoking, etc. However, the very thing they are repelling is continually attracted over and over again. Saying "No" to that extra serving is the same as saying "Yes." As long as the action has a perceived benefit, then taking it away will always be difficult and doing it will be a reward for good behavior. Instead we need to focus on what we do want. Only then can we attract the people, places and circumstances to allow us to make the transformation we are seeking.

To attract perfect health we must wish it to be so. You can eat the right foods and get enough rest and exercise but still have poor health unless the mind is on board. Our thoughts create our realities and set in motion a cascade of physiological reactions within our bodies. Negative emotions create a stress response that builds ourselves sick. Positive emotions and affirmations have the opposite effect. Start with your mind. Focus on what you want. And watch as you life transforms.
